Job location preferences
There are a few different options for location preferences for jobs:
- Onsite - The employee or contractor to work onsite
- Onsite/Remote Hybrid - The employee or contractor starts out initially working on-site for several months. If things work out, then you move to remote after that initial period. This gives you the best of both worlds of being able to tap a much wider talent pool while at the same time building a strong in-person relationship early on.
- Remote (Specific Locations) - The employee or contractor can work remotely but only within specific locations - for example you want them to be anywhere in the UK.
- Remote (Anywhere) - You're open to remote workers pretty much anywhere - this gives you access to the widest talent pool.
