What payment methods are available for heroes to be paid out?

The following payment methods are available:

• Stripe Connect* - good option if you are in the US, b/c we can charge the client via ACH and pay you out via Stripe Connect, which results in the lowest possible fees.
• Transferwise - only available outside the US.  Fees are roughly 1% in addition to the fees charged the client through Stripe.
• Paypal - higher fees than Transferwise, but some people prefer it for simplicity.
