How are contract-to-hire scenarios handled?

We are actually big fans of contract-to-hire for a number of reasons!  The way that the pricing/commissions work out are as follows:

• The contract portion of the relationship is handled like all contract jobs - contractor pays a % (see pricing).
• When they move to full time, the employer pays the recruitment fee (see pricing)
