Using the Log A Time Entry action to sync project communications with Zapier
1. Select the Commerce Hero app and Log a Time Entry.
This is a screenshot showing how it works with Trello as the action, but it works basically the same way regardless of what app you are syncing from.
This is a bit misleading because we're not actually sending time entires but rather just project updates. CH stores both updates and time entries in the same backend model.
2. Select the Job from the dropdown, populate the Message based on the Trello comment, and set Hours to null.
If you don't have any jobs populating, it's because you haven't been assigned a job yet, just ping us and we'll set that up.
