How to search leads and apply to jobs

If you are accepting work offers and have completed your profile, you will see an orange mini stat in the top right of your dashboard showing the number of open jobs in the system:

Clicking on that will take you into this screen, where, unless you've already been given access, you will need to complete your profile and request verification.

Once you've been verified to search for leads, you'll see them populate here:

The leads are anonymzed, but you should hopefully have enough information to determine whether or not you're interested in discussing the job further. If so, click Interested, and if not, you can click Not Interested.
