How long will it take me to get verified to search leads?

It depends. We are verifying new users somewhat slowly - especially if you are in a category that we already have enough supply for (i.e. contract developer within a certain budget range not looking for full time or to relocate).

We want to avoid there being too many people in the system applying to jobs such that it decreases the quality of the experience for clients.
