Will I be contacted directly after posting a job?

Your job will first be sent over to matching heroes to see whether they are interested. If they express interest, you will receive an email notification with some brief information on them. In that email, you can click either Interested or Not Interested.

If you click Interested, then a mutual introduction email will be sent out with full contact information so that you can get in touch with them directly.
