Why is it not using my existing account when I go through the LinkedIn authentication?

If you previously created an account using your email address and are now attempting to authenticate using LinkedIn, for example to request a match with a candidate that was posted to social media, you may have a separate account created.

This is because many times the email address in your LinkedIn account may be different from the email address you used to create your Commerce Hero account initially.

Just give us a heads up if this is the case and we'll merge the accounts for you.
