Can the client cover the fees for payments processed by Commerce Hero?

By default, payments processed by Commerce Hero have the fees deducted from the payout to the hero, but if the client agrees to cover the fees, simply bump your rate to cover the spread.

For example, if your rate is $50/hour, divide that by 0.87 to give you $57.47. Then, for example, if we process an invoice for 1 hour, we will charge the client $57.47, and deduct 13% of that, and pay the remainder out to you.
