What should I do if a client becomes unresponsive after a match is made?
It's important to us that candidates get feedback from clients after a match is made - one way or another. If you never hear back from a client, you can mark the match as "Client became unresponsive" in the matches section of the talent dashboard:
Please also include a bit of feedback in the text field.
This will trigger us to follow up with the client to get more information for you and will also reflect on the client's hiring profile, as we want to encourage responsiveness.
