Communication Guidelines
While we don't want to be too rigid in the requirements that we have in place, there are a few ground rules we want to establish just to keep things moving along nicely.
- Be responsive - respond to all emails within 24 hours on business days - both clients and heroes.
- Don't miss meetings - don't miss meetings that you schedule without giving notice a couple hours in advance.
- Keep messaging within Commerce Hero - use the @user.commercehero.io email addresses
- Follow-up on meetings - if you have a meeting by phone, Skype, or in-person, please be sure to send a follow-up email through @user.commercehero.io. This hits several birds with one stone - follow-up after meetings is always good, and this also keeps communication within the marketplace.
