What do do if a client misses a scheduled phone call?

If you have a scheduled phone call with a client and they miss it, please go ahead and email them to let them know that you missed them and CC us on that email.  We will reach out as well to the client to  let them know that we expect them to always be sure to make meetings and give advanced notice when they can't.

Clients that fail to make appointments repeatedly will be at risk of not being able to use the Commerce Hero platform going forward.
