What if the client/developer want to opt out of Commerce Hero time tracking requirements?

The reason that we have certain requirements in place around time tracking is to create trust between two parties that don't already have a relationship.  The ideal scenario of course is that you don't have to track time, because the client trusts you implicitly and sees that you're getting great work done.

If, at any point, the client and developer feel comfortable enough to move to that point, we're okay with that - the client would just need to waive their refund policy on the Commerce Hero fees and make prepay payments.
